Close ATAS, run .\ATAS\Install.ps1, start ATAS and add Cival Liquidity Map to a candle chart with a few hundred bars. The panel title reads Cival Liquidity Map and line 2 reads Confirmed pivots: 3-bar delay.

Confirmed swing structure from candles: equal highs/lows, sweeps, displacement breaks and structural blocks, with how each one ends.
The ATAS plugin is compiled; the ports included for other platforms are source software supplied for the purchaser's own use. The indicator applies fixed rules to open, high, low and close: it does not read the order book, cannot identify stop orders or resting liquidity, and its sweeps, breaks and blocks are descriptions of past price, not predictions. Its signals and zones are not trading advice, and nothing here is certified for automated execution; the indicator never places orders.
Despite the name it does not see liquidity, resting orders or stop orders; sweeps and blocks are candle patterns, and the demo sample shows how common they are (110 sweeps in 4.8 days, 46 of 51 blocks closed through). Treat zones as reference prices, never as support or resistance that will hold.

.\ATAS\Install.ps1
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\ATAS\Install.ps1It confirms swing highs and lows 3 bars after they print, draws an equal-high or equal-low line when a new swing lands within your tick tolerance of the previous one, and marks bars that trade beyond the latest swing and close back (a sweep). A close through a swing with a body of at least 1.5 times the prior 20-bar ATR becomes a displacement break, and the last opposite-coloured candle before it becomes a structural block. A block ends only when a bar closes through it, and is then redrawn as a broken block with the opposite side.
These defaults are a starting point for comparison, not recommended trading parameters or a loss limit. Candle counts depend on the interval. Refer to the shipped source for validation rules before changing them.
| Setting | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Pivot confirmation bars | 3 | A swing high or low must beat the bars on both sides; it is confirmed this many bars after it prints, and objects start on the next bar. |
| Equal high/low tolerance (ticks) | 2 | How close, in ticks, a new swing must be to the previous one to draw an EQH or EQL line (0 means exactly equal). |
| Displacement / prior ATR | 1.5 | A close through a swing counts as a structure break only if the bar's body is at least this multiple of the prior 20-bar average true range. |
| Maximum visible zones | 12 | Draws only the nearest this-many active zones, ranked by distance, strength and age. |
| Show touched levels | false | Also draws zones that have ended (closed through), in grey, up to the bar where they ended. |
| Show labels | true | Draws zone and arrow labels; labels that would overlap are hidden, never moved. |
| Minimum bar spacing for signal labels (pixels) | 6 | Arrow labels are hidden when bars are narrower than this on screen; the arrows stay. |
| Compact panel (title + two lines) | true | Shows only the first three panel lines; untick to see the legend lines. |
| Full analysis detail | true | Keeps the full chart with spelled-out labels; switching it off (with Compact display on) gives a short style. |
| Alerts on closed signal / level touch | false | Plays the alert sound when a sweep or structure-break arrow closes or a zone is first touched. |
Work in ATAS replay or on a demo account. The exercise teaches installation and signal interpretation; the indicator never sends an order.
Close ATAS, run .\ATAS\Install.ps1, start ATAS and add Cival Liquidity Map to a candle chart with a few hundred bars. The panel title reads Cival Liquidity Map and line 2 reads Confirmed pivots: 3-bar delay.
Untick Compact panel (title + two lines). Six lines appear, including the Active zones count and the legend for EQH/EQL, the structural block and broken block, and the sweep (stops not identified).
Swing highs and lows are confirmed 3 bars after they print; nothing is drawn on the swing bar itself. Equal-high and equal-low lines start on the bar after confirmation and run right until a bar closes through them.
A ▼ or ▲ sweep arrow is a bar that traded beyond the latest swing and closed back. A structure-break arrow is a close through the swing with a large body. Notice how often sweeps appear before you give any one weight.
After a structure break a shaded block marks the last opposite-coloured candle. Its label ends with New or Tested. It ends only when a bar closes through its far side, and the range then reappears as a broken block with the opposite colour.
Lower Maximum visible zones to 6 to 12, raise Pivot confirmation bars or Displacement / prior ATR for fewer objects, and turn on Show touched levels only when you want to study ended zones.
Set CSV export folder to a folder used only by this chart. LiquidityMap-signals.csv and LiquidityMap-zones.csv list the arrows and every zone with its state and the bar where it was touched or closed through.
Check each zone's state (New, Tested, or ended by a close through) and whether the swing it relates to was already confirmed. Untick Compact panel to read the legend and the active zone count against Maximum visible zones.
Close ATAS fully, confirm Cival.LiquidityMap.dll is in %APPDATA%\ATAS\Indicators, start ATAS again and search for Cival. If the installer was blocked, run powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\ATAS\Install.ps1.
Compact panel (title + two lines) is on by default. Untick it in the Information panel group to see the legend lines.
Check the loaded history, symbol and timeframe first. There may be fewer than 7 bars, no confirmed swing yet, or every zone may have been closed through; scroll to a busier part of the history or tick Show touched levels. An empty chart is not a measured zero. Do not loosen the structure settings merely to force objects to appear.
The remembered swing highs and lows are not drawn; only equal pairs become lines. Look back for the latest bar, at least Pivot confirmation bars before the arrow, whose high (or low) beats the bars on both sides, and check that the arrow bar traded beyond it and closed back.
A structural block (OB structural) was closed through and its range is redrawn as a broken block (BRK structural) with the opposite side. The original block ended on that close.
A saved chart or template carries its own values and overrides the defaults. Compare each value with the defaults and reset any you do not recognise.
The rules are frequent on short timeframes. Raise Pivot confirmation bars or Displacement / prior ATR, lower Maximum visible zones, or turn Show labels off.
Show labels may be off, bars may be narrower than the minimum spacing, or a label would overlap another and is hidden. Zoom in or untick Avoid overlapping labels.
A bar closed through them. Ended zones are not drawn unless Show touched levels is on.
Equal tolerance is measured in ticks, so 2 ticks is a tight definition of equal on a market with a small tick relative to price. Leave it, or choose a wider tolerance on purpose; it changes what equal means, so do not change it merely to make more lines appear.
ATAS is still running. Close it, end leftover ATAS processes in the task manager and run the installer again.
